Decker Construction and Upper Arlington

Decker Construction reconstructed the Five Points. intersection for the City of Upper Arlington. It is a very unique intersection. At this location three different roads come together; Tremont, Fishinger and Northwest. This project required the pavements total reconstruction from the stone base on up. The pavement was constructed using full-width construction to eliminate cold joints. The thickness of the hot mix on this project was 13 inches.
