Thinlays, a suite of thin-asphalt overlays designed specifically for pavement preservation, provides a cost-effective treatment to protect and preserve the underlying pavement structure, extend pavement life, correct minor distresses and restore smoothness.  This webinar will be moderated by Jim Purcell, P.E., a consulting engineer with years of roadway design experience and includes a panel of public agency engineers and maintenance professionals with significant experience in the use of thin-asphalt overlays.
