For Immediate Release: March 1, 2005 The Ohio DOT, District 2 at Bowling Green, is the recipient of the Perpetual Pavement Award for 2004. The Award is given by the Asphalt Pavement Alliance to recognize projects that have given the public exceptional service over a long period of time.
