Burton Scot overlaid SR 21 from the Ohio Turnpike to SR 82 with 2 courses of asphalt concrete including an item 424, Smoothseal, surface.
SR 651, Baltic to New Bedford. Shelly widened SR 651 with asphalt concrete base and a two couse overlay. The Project was ODOT District 5, 488(2006).
SR 750 Relocation. Shelly & Sands constructed new, deep strength asphalt pavement to relocate SR 750 as a six lane pavement from Wellington Boulevard to SR 257 under ODOT project 234.
US 36, Piqua. Barrett milled and resurfaced Ash St. (US 36) in the City of Piqua near the I-75 interchange under ODOT District 7 project 224(2007) Barrett performed the two course overlay at night to minimize traffic disruption.
SR 19 at Oak Harbor. Erie constructed new pavement to replace the existing from the Portage River to the Oak Harbor NCL using 6 in. of 302 base, 1.75 in. of 19mm superpave and 1.25 in. of 12.5mm Superpave.
SR 60, Morgan Co. Shelly & Sands overlaid SR 60 with a two course overlay on ODOT project 251(2007) and acheived density and smoothness.
SR 7 and 145, Monroe Co. Shelly & Sands placed a two course overlay on both routes under ODOT project 317(2006).
SRs 60, 96 and 250, Ashland. Kokosing milled and resurfaced the 3 routes in the City of Ashland using item 442 Superpave, to prevent rutting in the high stress areas. The project was ODOT, District 3, 210(2007).
Cincinnati-Dayton Rd., Butler Co. Jurgensen widened and resurfaced Cincinnati-Dayton Rd from Crescentville Rd. to West Chester Rd.
High Street Resurfacing, Columbus. The project included base repair, milling and resurfacing.
Lexington Ave., Mansfield. Kokosing milled and placed a two course overlay on Lexington Avenue from Trimble Rd. to Stewart Ln. in the City of mansfield.

Barrett constructed a new 11 inch thick, deep strength asphalt pavement for the relocation of Kyles Station Rd. at SR 4.
