For Immediate Release: November 24, 2025 Flexible Pavements of Ohio (FPO) is pleased to announce its asphalt scholarship program for the 2026-27 academic year. The period for submitting on-line applications will be open from Monday, November 24, 2025 through Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Undergraduate and graduate civil engineering and construction management students at participating Ohio universities are eligible to apply with qualifying coursework in asphalt pavement technology.
